A strong crate only does half the job. The other half is what holds the product still inside it. We supply custom-fit foam inserts and interior packaging designed around your product. Order foam on its own for your own packaging, or have it fitted inside the crate we build, alongside the blocking and bracing we build in our shop, so the whole package works as one.

Foam insert FAQ
What types of foam do you supply?
Polyethylene and polyurethane foam sheets, and custom die-cut foam inserts designed around your product.
Can I order foam without a crate?
Yes. Foam can be ordered on its own for your own packaging, or fitted inside a crate we build so the whole package works as one.
Is there a minimum order for foam?
No. Single inserts and larger orders are both welcome. On small orders, freight charges may apply.
What do you need to design a foam insert?
The product's dimensions and weight, any fragile areas or surfaces that can't be touched, and how it will ship. Drawings or photos help a lot, and you can attach them to our contact form.
