When a box or a standard pallet won't protect your product, a custom wood crate or plywood box will. We build each one around the item it carries, so it fits properly, handles safely, and arrives in the condition it left in.
Options
-
Enclosed plywood boxes: full protection from weather, dust, and handling damage.
-
Framed (sheathed) crates: lumber-framed with plywood panels for heavier loads.
-
Open / slatted crates: lighter-weight protection when full enclosure isn't needed.
-
Skid bases with forklift entry, sized to the load.
-
Removable lids and panels for inspection or reuse.
-
Interior blocking and bracing, plus foam inserts supplied and fitted (see Foam Inserts), to keep the contents from moving.
Common uses
Machinery and components, electrical and electronic equipment, instruments, parts and assemblies, and anything going by truck, container, or air that needs more than a carton.
